Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure items are in their original condition with all tags attached, and place them securely in the original packaging to minimize environmental impact.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our studio receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
